Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical engineering is a diverse subject that derives its breadth from the need to design and manufacture everything from small individual parts and devices (e.g., micro scale sensors and inkjet printer nozzles) to large systems. This field of engineering requires an understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, structural analysis, and electricity.

Fluid Mechanics Lab

Fluid Mechanics is an essential subject in the study of the behaviour of fluids. Edutech provides lab solutions that offer equipment for experimenting with and analyzing various water and air flow behaviours. OR Edutech Engineering Lab solutions include equipment that offer experimenting with and analyzing various water and air flow behaviours.

Robotics Lab

Edutech provides robotics solutions for various multiple domains of robotics like Multi-robotic systems, Mobile robot navigation and planning, Force control of legged vehicles, Robot Vision

Mechatronics Lab

The Mechatronics Lab provides state of the art facilities and experimental setups to learn and enjoy the field of mechatronics. Modern society depends on mechatronic-based systems for modern conveniences. From intelligent appliances to safety features in cars such as air bags, and antilock brakes, mechatronic systems are widely used in everyday life. An Edutech Lab solution focuses on creating practical engineering solutions by integrating sensors and microcontrollers in to various applications.

Thermal Lab

Thermal laboratory is concerned with the industrial applications of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat and mass transport. Using a combined approach of theoretical analysis, numerical calculations and experimental investigations, this aims to develop new or advanced knowledge for application in industrial design

Thermodynamics Lab (Repeat)

Thermodynamics Laboratory carries out various numerical and experimental research activities in the field of thermal and energy systems. The main fields of research are refrigeration, positive displacement machines (compressors and expanders), building physics and HVAC systems, combustion, internal combustion engines, heat exchangers and small and medium scale Organic Rankine Cycles.

CNC and Automation Lab(We don’t have PLC and SCADA)

The CNC Lab is provided with machines like Turning and vertical machining center for the analysis of manufacturing of various components for the industrial application oriented manner.

Fluid Machines and Mechanics Lab

Automobile Lab

There are more than one billion automobiles in the world and counting. In a world constrained by climate change and greenhouse gases, the Sloan Automotive Lab is working to radically improve the energy consumption and environmental impact of transportation systems. The mission of the Sloan Automotive Laboratory is to contribute to future developments in automotive technology through fundamental and applied research on propulsion technology and fuels. We provide sophisticated Automobile Engineering Laboratories such as Engine Testing & Pollution Measurement Lab, Auto Scanning Lab (including various set-ups as Wheel balancing, Wheel Alignment, Headlight focusing etc).

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Lab

Air conditioning and refrigeration lab introduces students to key technical components of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) systems. Topics covered include safety procedures, fossil fuel combustion systems and electrical components. We offer wide range of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning laboratory equipments for analysis of refriferation cycle in different ares of application.
